Return Policy

Refunds and Payment Method
Refunds will only be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction. For example, refunds cannot be made to a different account or payment method.

Conditions for No Exchange or Refund
The Vape Spot will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:

• The item has been modified, altered, repaired, or serviced by any entity or individual other than The Vape Spot.
• The item has been physically abused.
• The item has been used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions provided in the manual.
• The item has been used for any purpose other than its intended use.
• The item has been damaged during shipment back to the company.
• Any items from the original packaging are missing.
• Items are not in the same condition as when originally purchased.
• The item has been exposed to extreme temperatures, water, or improper handling.

Sanitary Restrictions
For sanitary reasons, tanks may only be returned within 7 days if a manufacturer defect is identified.

Return and Exchange Requirements

• Returns and exchanges must be in like-new condition with all original parts and packaging intact.
• Refunds will be issued only through the same payment method used at purchase.

Warranty and Non-Returnable Items
The Vape Spot provides a limited 5-day warranty on all products except the following, which cannot be returned or exchanged due to reuse issues:

• E-liquids
• Coils & Tanks
• Batteries
• Tips & Mouthpieces
• Atomizers

Customers are encouraged to inspect these items at the time of purchase. Once the customer leaves the store, these products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damages During Shipment
The Vape Spot ensures all products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if a product is damaged during shipment, it may be returned under the following conditions:

• Notify us via email at customersupport@thevapspot.com within five days of receipt.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Steps to Claim Refund or Exchange

• Notify The Vape Spot of any defect, damage, or fault within five days of purchase via email at support@thevapspot.com.
• Provide complete details about the defect and include images if possible.
• Return all package items along with the original packaging.

Exchange Without Manufacturer Defect
If there is no manufacturer defect and the product is functioning properly, you must notify us within five days to request an exchange. In such cases:

• We may exchange the product for a new one in the same category or provide store credit for another product.
• Refunds will not be issued for products without a manufacturer defect.
• Customers are responsible for all additional handling and shipping costs.

Important Note
To ensure a successful refund or exchange:

• Provide a detailed description of the defect via email.
• Return all original packaging and items within 15 days.
